There are moments in a senior career when the most valuable thing is a trusted, independent person to think with: someone outside the organisation, with no agenda, who can be told the whole picture. This service provides exactly that, personally and in absolute confidence.

It is most often engaged when an executive is under scrutiny, managing a crisis, or navigating a sensitive situation in which reputation is at stake. The work is as readily preventive as it is responsive: advising on how to maintain confidentiality, how to listen to staff and weigh the veracity of what is being presented, and how to protect and strengthen reputation before a problem takes hold.
